EXECUTIVE TEAM

Sheila J. Hardy, Founder & CEO is an award-winning producer and writer specializing in commercial and documentary production. Her belief that, "You can accomplish any goal with the right combination of collaborators" has allowed her to access close to $1 million dollars in resources and services for nonprofits to date. She has been honored as Global Entrepreneur of the Year by Business Women's Network. Her commercial productions have earned her multiple ADDY, Telly and Aurora awards, and she is dedicated to setting a new standard in innovation and quality in public service media.

Elizabeth Bayne, Director of Creative Services, is a graduate of Yale University, with a Master of Public Health. Her experience includes several years of public service programming at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency where she assisted on a national PSA campaign backed by The Ad Council. Elizabeth employs narrative filmmaking to explore the social issues that affect our communities. She will complete her M.F.A. in directing and writing from Art Center College of Design, Spring 2011.
